When selecting a booth, keep in mind the location of the stage.  There will be performances throughout the duration of the festival.  The festival director has scheduled performances to allow for breaks and variations in sound volume. Each performer will be on stage in 1hr slots. If you do not enjoy all types of music then you may not want to be near the stage.  There are areas far from the stage.  Some artists like to be near the stage to enjoy the unique performances.  It is up to you when you are planning.   note: this year’s musical line up will not be as voluminous as 2012.

If Artist is accepted into the festival they will receive a confirmation email.

If Artist cancels or fails to show up by end of load in time (4:30pm Nov. 20 2015) their space will be given to next person on waiting list and booth fee will not be refunded.

As you plan your booth be sure to read Set up guidelines
